How many treatments do I get out of one Micro-Infusion device?
Each needle head is designed for single use per treatment and should be discarded afterward to reduce the risk of infection and prevent any
unnecessary skin damage. For optimal results, use a full serum ampoule with each session.
Can you use it around the eyes and on the neck?

Do I have to pay for shipping when returning a product?
Any (shipping) costs for the purchase or return will be incurred at the
customer's expense. Surface will not refund return shipping costs.
How long does it take to receive a refund after a return has been processed?

Can I return a product that was purchased with a promotion or discount code?
Products purchased with a promotion or discount code may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Depending on the promotion, we may not accept returns or exchanges for these products.
How do I submit a return?
Returned Product(s) must be in new unused condition (not physically broken or damaged) and perfectly clean. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return, original packaging, user manuals, Inserts and other printed documents.
- You must provide us a photo of the item received to show its new, unused with the seal still intact.
- Any products damaged as a result of external factors, e.g. due to bad handling by the customer, are not covered by this return policy.
- Surface reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate this policy, or, in the event of policy abuse, exclude customers from its application.
- Shipping delays. Please note that Surface Micro-infusion cannot be held responsible for shipment delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. Any pre-orders have the stock arrival date noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
