Takeoff protective cap. Pull into the direction of arrows.

Use tweezers to peel off remaining Foil cap if needed.

Unscrew the chamber of the device.

Pour the entire 4ML vial of serum into the micro-needle vial.

Securely twist the with the lid tightly. Turn the device upside down for 60 seconds.

In the meantime, make sure your hands and face are clean before treatment

Begin at the center of your face and work outward to ensure full coverage. You can do 2 to 3 passes with a 50% overpass for best results.

Use any remaining serum from the device to gently pat on your face and neck, leaving it on overnight. (You can also use the remaining serum In area as you desire further treatment, such as on your neck or back of your hand)

Finish it with Hale Derma pre and post treatment spray helps moisturize, promote healing, and reduce the risk of infection and breakouts.

Post Treatment Care & Tips

First 24 Hours Post-Treatment

  • Use only gentle skincare, such as mild cleansers and lightweight moisturizers.
  • Avoid makeup, direct sun exposure, heat (including saunas or intense workouts), and swimming.
  • Do not apply active ingredients such as retinol, exfoliating acids, or vitamin C.
    Limit touching the face, especially with unwashed hands.
  • Do not perform Micro-Infusion on eyelids, lips, active breakouts, or areas of irritated or damaged skin.

The Following Morning

  • Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ to protect treated skin.

Next 2-3 Days

  • Slowly return to your regular skincare routine.
  • If using exfoliating or active products (such as retinol), wait 48-72 hours before resuming use.

Safety & Precaution

Your Surface treatment is formulated to be both gentle and effective; however, proper use is essential for optimal results. We recommend performing a patch test on a discreet area of skin prior to treatment to understand how your skin may respond and to gauge expected downtime.

Avoid Micro-Infusion if:

  • You have active breakouts, open skin, sunburn, eczema, or rosacea
  • You’ve used retinoids, exfoliating acids (AHAs/BHAs), or exfoliants within the past 48 hours
  • You’ve recently undergone laser procedures, injectable treatments, or chemical peels (wait at least 2 weeks)
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding, unless approved by a healthcare professional
  • You have a history of keloid scarring or highly reactive skin
  • You have known metal sensitivities or underlying medical concerns
